This position partners closely with our Global Development Teams (Clinical Sciences, Medical Directors, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations), driving full-cycle recruitment processes and ensuring we attract and hire the best talent for our thriving organization.\nThis position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.\nWhen & where:\nSleepy Hollow, NY\n4 Days on-site, 1 day from home\nTravel percentage: 25%, must be able to travel to Tarrytown, NY, Armonk, NY, Warren, NJ for in-person candidate interviews and hiring manager meetings.\n\nDiscover your role:\nAs a Senior Manager a typical day might include the following:\nSource, screen, and lead candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, providing an outstanding candidate experience.\nBuild and sustain proactive pipelines for critical, hard to fill, and leadership roles through sophisticated search techniques, Talent Relationship Management tools (Beamery), and professional networks.\nBe responsible for candidate experience initiatives, ensuring consistent and high-quality touchpoints across the recruitment lifecycle.\nAdvise and collaborate with hiring leaders on strategies to address current and future talent gaps.\nCollaborate with hiring managers to define roles, responsibilities, and draft compelling job postings that reflect organizational objectives and attract top talent.\nPartner with leaders across Global Development teams to build and implement tailored recruiting strategies that meet each function’s outstanding talent needs.\nOutstanding partner management with the abilities to influence; you have a history of building trust and credibility with senior leaders\nStay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruiting best practices to continuously improve strategies.\nHandle candidate activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and TRM system (Beamery).\nThis role requires:\nA self-motivated, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You excel at building rapport, balancing multiple priorities, and getting results.\nA Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).\nAt least 10+ years of recruiting experience\nExperience working in-house in a pharmaceutical or biotech company required\nMust have experience recruiting in scientific development functions including clinical sciences, medical directors, regulatory affairs, medical affairs.\nMD recruitment experience strongly preferred\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for providing clear and insightful updates to candidates, colleagues, and business partners.\nProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.\nStrong communication skills, exceptional candidate experience, and relationship building skills\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Regeneron, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
