This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.\nWhen & where:\nLocation: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid)\nDiscover your role:\nBuild, refine, and maintain data pipelines and transformation workflows in Databricks and Snowflake using SQL and PySpark.\nDevelop, test, and support analytical data models and curated datasets for Global Development analytics initiatives and workflow migrations.\nImplement reusable, well-structured code aligned with established development standards, naming conventions, and architecture patterns.\nCreate data products that support analytics, dashboarding, and artificial intelligence/machine learning use cases.\nValidate data accuracy and completeness through data quality checks, discrepancy analysis, and root cause investigation.\nPrepare structured documentation for datasets, transformations, and business logic to support downstream reporting and analytics teams.\nYou bring a collaborative attitude and work effectively with technical and business partners to deliver project outcomes.\nYou approach complex data challenges with curiosity, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality execution.\nThis role requires:\nBachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.\nExperience in data analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, or a related discipline.\nHands-on experience with Snowflake for data engineering and analytics workflows; experience with Databricks is preferred.\nProficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation, engineering, and analysis.\nExperience supporting Tableau dashboards and data visualizations.\nFamiliarity with cloud-based data platforms and tools.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex datasets.\nExperience developing datasets for downstream artificial intelligence and machine learning use cases preferred.\nKnowledge of advanced analytics techniques, including machine learning, statistical modeling, and data mining preferred.\nFamiliarity with clinical trial operational data preferred.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business value.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.\nDoes this sound like you?
