We are seeking a Sr. Manager Global Procurement, US Fleet to join our Strategic Sourcing & Procurement team, supporting our U.S. Corporate Fleet program. In this role, you will own the procurement strategy and supplier relationships for the US fleet category, driving cost, service, and risk outcomes while collaborating with Commercial, Operations, Safety, Finance, HR, Insurance, and Legal partners.\nThis position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.\nWhen & where:\nLocation: Sleepy Hollow, New York\nWork model/flexibility: On-site\nDiscover your role:\nDevelops and refreshes the US fleet category strategy using spend, market, and demand analysis\nLeads sourcing events from RFP through negotiation and award, securing strong pricing, service levels, and terms\nOwns supplier relationships through scorecards, business reviews, and risk monitoring\nManages the category and vehicle lifecycle, including renewals, lease-versus-buy decisions, and replacement strategy\nTracks and reports savings, total cost of ownership, and budget performance to leadership\nSupports day-to-day fleet operations with suppliers and Safety, HR, and Insurance partners\nInfluences stakeholders across the business, without direct authority, through clear communication\nTakes ownership of outcomes, using data to make sound decisions\nThis role requires:\nSr Manager: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years in procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing (ideally fleet, transportation, or another operationally intensive category)\nExperience leading sourcing events, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships\nAbility to build a category strategy from spend and market data\nWorking knowledge of US fleet requirements, including vehicle registration, driver safety programs, and DOT and FMCSA regulations where they apply\nPreferred qualification:\nCertified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) from NAFA and/or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) from ISM\nExperience with enterprise procurement and sourcing systems (such as Oracle or Zycus), spend analysis, and contract management tools\nExperience with fleet management platforms, telematics, and fleet management company portals\nDoes this sound like you?
