You'll be the trusted link between Production Control, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain - making sure the right parts are in the right place at the right time.\nIf you’re energized by working at the intersection of cutting-edge innovation, real-world impact, and hands-on engineering, you’ll be in the right place - and we’d be thrilled to have you on the team!\nWhat You'll Do\nReceive, inspect, and put away incoming materials, verifying quantity, condition, and documentation against purchase orders.\n\nMaintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, promptly researching and resolving discrepancies.\n\nBuild and stage kits against bills of material (BOMs) and work orders, and deliver them to assembly stations on schedule.\n\nOperate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely within warehouse and production areas.\n\nMaintain lot/serial traceability and documentation for flight-critical and export-controlled hardware.\n\nSupport daily production control stand-ups with real-time shortage and WIP status.\n\nKeep warehouse areas organized, labeled, and audit-ready in line with 5S and AS9100 practices.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nWarehouse, inventory, or material handling experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, marine, or DoD logistics environment.\n\nWorking knowledge of ERP/WMS inventory transactions and comfort with Excel and RF scanning tools.\n\nForklift certification, or the ability to obtain it quickly.\n\nA sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership over inventory accuracy.\n\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in an active shop-floor environment.\n\nEligibility as a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR.\n\nBonus Experience\nAerospace, marine, or defense manufacturing background.\n\nLean/5S or continuous improvement experience.\n\nMilitary logistics or supply background\n\nWho We're Looking For\nCollaborative Team Player: You believe that great things happen when teams work together.
