Für unser wachsendes Team am Standort Alanya suchen wir ab sofort einen motivierten Trainer (m/w/d) für ein spannendes Projekt in der Telekommunikationsbranche.

Deine Aufgaben als Trainer:

  • Konzeption, Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Trainings für Mitarbeiter
  • Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter im Kundenservice
  • Potentiale und Entwicklungsfelder erkennen, trainieren sowie optimieren
  • Qualitätskennzahlen kennen, analysieren und geeignete Maßnahmen ableiten

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 Niveau) und sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen PC Anwendungen.
  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • sicherer Umgang mit modernen Medien und IT-Systemen
  • Grundverständnis für technische und kaufmännische Abläufe
  • Prozessverständnis
  • hohe Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit inklusive Feedbackkompetenz
