(or equivalent experience)\nExperience with CJIS Security Policy implementation and compliance preferred.\nExperience working in a government or public sector IT environment preferred.\nThree (3) years of experience in cyber security engineering, preferably with a mid-sized organization.\n DESIRED CERTIFICATIONS\nCertified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)\nCertified Information Security Manager (CISM)\nCertified Ethical Hacker (CEH)\nGIAC Security Essentials (GSEC)\nCompTIA Security+\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES\nStrong understanding of network security, identity and access management (IAM), M365 security, cloud security, and vulnerability management.\nFamiliarity with CIS, NIST, ISO 27001, and other security frameworks.\nProficiency with security tools such as firewalls, endpoint detection and response, network detection and response, SIEM, SOAR, email security and web security gateways.\nProficiency with a scripting language. E.g.
