The incumbent is responsible for supervising a team of pass program staff, facilitating relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring data integrity, and supporting strategic growth and operational excellence of the programs.\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nESSENTIAL:\nThe Pass Programs Supervisor oversees the daily operations of RTD’s employer-sponsored, institutional, and community-based transit pass programs. This role ensures the effective administration, customer service, and compliance of RTD's EcoPass, CollegePass, and Neighborhood EcoPass programs. The incumbent is responsible for supervising a team of pass program staff, facilitating relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring data integrity, and supporting strategic growth and operational excellence of the programs.\nPeople Power Management\nMaintains appropriate staffing levels and reviews progress to ensure the quality and quantity of work meet standards and deadlines for deliverables to meet program goals and objectives. \nRecruits staff to include interviewing, hiring, assigning work, training, coaching, and counseling to ensure consistent application of Employee Guidelines, processes, and procedures. \nConducts performance reviews and holds employees accountable for optimal performance of their responsibilities. \nFosters a safety-first culture, prioritizing prevention, accountability, and continuous improvement. \nTakes action to advance the goals of Equal Employment Opportunity, Small/ Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, Title VI and ADA Plans, thereby ensuring RTD's hiring programs, work environment, contracting and procurement practices, and transit services/programs are fair, equal, and non-discriminatory. \nOTHER:\nAll job-related duties as assigned\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s degree in public administration, business, marketing, advertising, communications or related field.\nA minimum of five (5) years of experience in community outreach, program management, business development, revenue generation, or marketing strategy.\nA minimum of two (2) years of contract management experience to include negotiating financial terms and conditions with a broad customer base such as government entities, corporations, neighborhood groups, or non-profits.\nA minimum of one (1) year of experience in a supervisory capacity managing people directly.\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES\nProficiency in auditing, collections, reconciliations, pricing, and invoicing.\nProficiency in basic math and statistics.\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite.\nAbility to communicate effectively, orally and in writing and to make presentations to internal and external customers at all\norganization levels.\nAbility to use sound judgment and maintain the strictest of confidentiality.\nAbility to manage time and workload effectively, which includes planning, organizing and prioritizing with attention to detail.\nExcellent customer service and strong listening skills.\nAbility to work non-standard hours (i.e. nights and weekends) and work independently with minimal supervision.\nOR:\nAn equivalent combination of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities.\n\nThis job posting will close at 11:59 PM on October 15.
