This performance and the strength of the portfolio underpin the Company’s purpose of growing long-term value for shareholders, our people, and our communities by mining safely and responsibly.\nThe opportunity\nWe are currently looking for an experienced Paste Plant Operator to join our team.\nReporting to the Paste Fill Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the paste plant, ensuring paste quality and production requirements are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, housekeeping and operational excellence.\nAs a key member of the Paste Fill team, you will monitor and control paste production processes, complete inspections and operational checks, coordinate paste delivery activities with underground operations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
