This includes troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise in the toll collection systems, surveillance cameras, network connectivity, and other related technologies. Ensuring stable and secure network operations.\n\nThis includes overseeing the installation and management of network devices, performing network upgrades, and ensuring reliable internet connectivity.\n\nInstalling, updating, and managing the software used for toll collection, including ensuring that it integrates seamlessly with other systems like vehicle detection and classification systems. Providing technical support to staff at the toll plaza. This involves training employees on new systems, assisting them with technical difficulties, and ensuring they can effectively use the technology.\n\nDeveloping and implementing emergency plans for IT systems in case of system failures, power outages, or other emergencies that could impact operations.\n\nShould have experience in Maintaining and Troubleshooting core data center network, LAN, WAN devices & Firewall devices.\n\nShould have experience in installing and configuring CCTV Cameras Should have experience in Maintenance & repair of all types of electrical channels, lighting systems other electrical works which are needed to smooth operation.\n\nSafeguarding the data collected at the excel load control(WIM), which includes financial transactions and vehicle information.\n\nImplementing and managing data backup and recovery plans, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.\n\nContinuously seeking ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the IT systems at the toll plaza.\n\nThis may involve researching and implementing new technologies or processes.\n\nEducationBachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Computing & Information System, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering\n\nExperienceAt least 2 years\nThe applicants should have experience in
