Help us grow Regulars in Portugal
We're looking for our first Portuguese-speaking BDR to help us grow Regulars in Portugal.
We've already done the groundwork. Our CEO spent two months in Portugal validating the market, and we've now got close to 30 locations using Regulars between Lisbon and Cascais. The opportunity is real, and we're ready to take the next step.
That's where you come in. You'll find and connect with hospitality brands, speak with owners, run demos, and close deals. We'll give you the tools, training, and support, but you'll have the freedom to test ideas, learn quickly, and make the market your own.
What you'll do
Find and reach out to hospitality brands in Portugal.
Connect with owners and decision-makers through cold calls, emails, and other outreach.
Understand customer needs, run demos, and close deals.
Build relationships with the customers you bring onboard.
Manage your sales pipeline and keep our CRM updated.
Test different sales approaches and share what works.
Help shape our sales strategy for Portugal.
What we're looking for
You're currently studying business, entrepreneurship, or something similar in Aarhus.
You're fluent in Portuguese and comfortable communicating in English.
You love talking to new people, picking up the phone, and creating opportunities.
You're proactive, independent, and excited about taking ownership.
You've got an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy figuring things out.
You're ambitious, curious, and motivated by making things happen.
Experience isn't everything. We're looking for the right mindset and personality. If you've got the drive, we'll help you build the skills.
