If you want to push technological boundaries while safeguarding Israel and our allies, join us at this pivotal stage of our growth.\nThis is a unique opportunity to join a company at a pivotal growth stage and have a meaningful impact on the company’s financial planning, decision-making, and continued growth.\nWe are looking for a proactive and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team and take a key role in supporting business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and support the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.\nBuild and maintain financial models, forecasts, and management reports to support business decisions.\nAnalyze actuals vs. budget/forecast, identify variances and trends, and provide actionable insights to management.\nPrepare and present recurring financial reports and business performance analysis for management.\nWork closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to understand business drivers, costs, and financial performance.\nSupport department-level budgeting and ongoing monitoring of expenses and headcount.\nDevelop and maintain financial dashboards and KPIs, providing visibility into business performance.\nSupport cash flow planning and financial modeling, including scenario analysis and long-term planning.\nTake part in month-end closing processes and ensure financial data is accurate and aligned with business activity.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and increased efficiency across financial planning and reporting.\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar finance role - Must.\nProven experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis - Must.\nAdvanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in financial data analysis.\nFluent English (written and spoken) - Must.\nKnowledge of Supply Chain processes, including procurement, inventory, and cost analysis.\nHands-on use of AI tools for analysis, automation, and process optimization.\nStrong analytical skills with a business-oriented mindset and high attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nHighly organized, proactive, and independent, with a hands-on approach.\nStrong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.\nPrevious experience in a startup or fast-paced environment -
