Expand the channel mix as the programme matures, matching channel to audience.\nCopywriting and content management- Write, edit and optimize content for our target audiences: website copy, blogs, newsletter, email campaigns and social copy. Work with product, engineering and leadership to translate complex counter-drone technology into clear, credible content that meets defense industry compliance, operational security and brand standards.\nCampaigns and collateral - Coordinate and distribute promotional collateral across digital, print and event-based channels. Produce and maintain sales-facing collateral and support event content in coordination with Field Marketing.\n· Creative production and vendors - Brief and manage design, creative and video from concept through delivery. Produce lightweight creative directly: social assets, edits, and quick-turn visuals.\nAnalytics and reporting - Track engagement, website traffic, content and newsletter performance; report results and apply findings to the next cycle.\nRequirements\n4-6 years in marketing communications, content marketing or digital marketing at a B2B technology company. Direct experience in the defense, aerospace or a highly regulated B2G tech sector is strongly preferred.\nNative English writing ability, with the capacity to translate technical subject matter into clear, credible content for a professional audience.\nDemonstrated ownership of a multi-channel content calendar, including organic social, audience building and new channels launching. Proven track record managing end-to-end campaigns, from creative through production, distribution and reporting.\nWorking proficiency with a CMS (e.g., WordPress) and an email marketing platform (e.g., HubSpot). Familiarity with CRM systems.\nWorking proficiency in design tools for lightweight asset production. Fluent in leveraging AI tools for content, image, and video workflows\nProven ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams, deadlines and dependencies without supervision in a fast-paced, global environment.
