This role sits at the intersection of RF engineering, digital signal processing (DSP), and security research to advance our mission-critical wireless systems.\nKey Responsibilities\n Develop, simulate, and integrate RF systems and building blocks, including transmitters, receivers, power amplifiers, filters, and frequency-generation components.\nPlan and execute RF validation, testing, and measurement activities using professional lab equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes.\nWork closely with digital hardware and software teams to ensure seamless system-level integration.\nPrepare and maintain clear technical documentation while coordinating development activities across multiple organizational interfaces.\nTake responsibility for assigned tasks, contributing as a senior hands-on team member while collaborating across departments.\nRequirements\nB.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (an M.Sc. is considered an advantage).\n8+ years of practical experience in RF system development, covering design, simulation, integration, and testing phases.\nProven experience designing and characterizing RF modules such as UWB transmitters & receivers, high-power power amplifiers, and filters.\nHands-on experience performing RF measurements and validation using spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes.\nSolid knowledge of diverse antenna technologies and their associated performance trade-offs.\nUnderstanding of integration workflows involving RF, digital hardware, and software components.\nReady to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBackground in communication systems and/or military-grade systems.\nExperience working in defense-related organizations or under military standards.\nExposure to project coordination or technical leadership of small teams.\nStrong troubleshooting capabilities with the ability to work
