If you want to push technological boundaries while safeguarding Israel and our allies, join us at this pivotal stage of our growth.\nThis is a unique opportunity to join a company at a pivotal growth stage and help shape its products, culture, and future.\nWe are looking for Senior Rust / GPU Software Engineer\nAbout the role\nWe build a real-time GNSS and SDR signal processing system that runs on embedded GPU platforms.\nAlgorithms and hardware interfaces are written in C++ and CUDA. Infrastructure is written in Rust.\nThe team is small. Every engineer owns large parts of the system, from design to production.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and build fast, reliable software for real-time signal processing.\nTurn research algorithms (GNSS, signal processing, geospatial) into efficient production code.\nWrite and tune GPU kernels, and keep the GPU busy with work sent asynchronously from the host.\nBuild and improve the infrastructure the team relies on: build system, testing, CI, tooling.\nWork closely with hardware, research, and product teams.\nRequirements\n5+ years of hands-on experience shipping production software.\nStrong C++ or Rust skills, with emphasis multi-threaded and async code with careful handling of resources and their lifetime.\nGood judgment about performance, reliability, and code quality.\nExperience with using performance analyses tools.\nYou must also have at least one of these\n GPU programming: you wrote GPU kernels (CUDA or similar) that run in production, and made them fast. This includes running them asynchronously from the host and overlapping host and GPU execution.\nBuilding complex systems from scratch: you designed and built a significant system, or a major part of one, starting from nothing. Not only features inside an existing system. Examples: core runtime, build system, CI and automation, test framework.\nWe are looking for builders.
