Buscamos un/a Data Governance & Quality Engineer Senior para sumarse a un equipo de datos enfocado en la implementación y operación de plataformas de gobierno y calidad de datos a escala empresarial, en entornos cloud y multi-nube.

La posición está orientada a profesionales con sólida experiencia en implementaciones de Data Governance y Data Quality en entornos corporativos, con foco en la definición de reglas, estándares y modelos de calidad que habiliten el uso de datos en analítica, reporting e Inteligencia Artificial.

Responsabilidades:

  • Implementar y mantener la plataforma de Data Governance sobre Informatica CDGC y AXON.

  • Configurar y gestionar reglas de calidad de datos, políticas y flujos de stewardship en CDQ/IDQ.

  • Integrar el catálogo de datos con múltiples fuentes (bases de datos, ERP, CRM, cloud y Databricks) mediante scanners y catalog sources.

  • Gestionar la gobernanza del Databricks Lakehouse, alineando linaje y clasificación de Unity Catalog con CDGC.

  • Colaborar con data owners y stakeholders de negocio en la definición de estándares y reglas de calidad de datos.

  • Garantizar trazabilidad, linaje end-to-end y cumplimiento regulatorio de los activos de datos.

  • Utilizar CLAIRE para apoyar la definición de reglas y la clasificación de metadatos.

Requisitos:

  • Entre 7 y 12 años de experiencia en Data Governance, Data Quality o roles similares.

  • Experiencia comprobable en implementaciones enterprise de gobierno y calidad de datos (hands-on, no solo advisory).

  • Dominio de Informatica IDMC: CDGC, CDQ/IDQ y AXON (excluyente).

  • Experiencia con Databricks Unity Catalog (catalogación, linaje y clasificación de activos).

  • Experiencia integrando herramientas de gobernanza con soluciones de privacidad como OneTrust.

  • Conocimiento de frameworks y estándares como DAMA-DMBOK y GDPR.

  • Inglés avanzado (B2/C1) excluyente, con capacidad para interactuar con equipos técnicos y stakeholders internacionales.

  • Certificación Informatica Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (ICP) excluyente.

Se valorará:

  • Experiencia con herramientas cloud complementarias como Microsoft Purview/Fabric, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue Data Catalog, Lake Formation o Redshift.

  • Conocimiento de Collibra y/o Monte Carlo.

  • Experiencia en MDM SaaS / Reference 360.

  • Experiencia con CLAIRE Agents para linaje y stewardship.

  • Certificaciones CDMP (DAMA), Databricks o Azure Data Engineer (DP-203).

  • Horario: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 (Horario CDMX -GMT-6)
