activities, documentation, and test cases from an existing vendor team.\n\nDesign, maintain, and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test scenarios for Flutter applications.\n\nPerform functional, regression, exploratory, usability, and end-to-end testing across iOS, Android, and Web.\n\nIdentify gaps in existing test coverage and implement improvements based on application risks and business priorities.\n\nConduct cross-browser and multi-device testing using physical devices, emulators, and simulators.\n\nIdentify, document, prioritize, and track defects using issue-tracking tools such as Jira or Buganizer.\n\nProvide detailed bug reports, including reproduction steps, logs, screenshots, and relevant technical information.\n\nCollaborate with developers and UX designers to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, and validate functionality.\n\nEstablish standardized testing procedures, reusable test datasets, and structured regression suites.\n\nSupport release validation and ensure critical defects are identified before production deployments.\n\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvements in QA processes.\n\nEnsure testing activities remain aligned with development timelines and quality standards.\n\nRequirements:\n4+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance, primarily focused on mobile and web applications.\n\nHands-on experience performing manual testing of Flutter applications across iOS, Android, and Web.\n\nStrong understanding of Flutter-specific behaviors, widget states, layouts, and platform differences.\n\nExperience designing and executing test cases, test plans, and regression testing suites.\n\nStrong experience with functional, exploratory, usability, and cross-platform testing.\n\nHands-on experience testing applications on physical iOS and Android devices.\n\nExperience working with emulators, simulators, and multiple web browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.\n\nFamiliarity with API testing tools such as Postman, Bruno, or curl.\n\nExperience using mobile debugging tools such as Android Studio, Xcode, or Flutter DevTools.\n\nFamiliarity with browser developer tools and debugging consoles.\n\nExperience managing defects through tools such as Jira, Buganizer, or similar platforms.\n\nExperience taking ownership of QA activities in existing projects, including legacy environments or vendor transitions.\n\nStrong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and shift-left testing practices.\n\nExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\nStrong technical communication and documentation skills.\n\nAvailability to work 100% onsite in Guadalajara, Mexico, five days per week.\n\nNice to have:\nKnowledge of accessibility testing (a11y) standards.\n\nFamiliarity with internationalization (i18n) testing.\n\nBasic understanding of Dart to support debugging and root-cause
