automated testing frameworks for Flutter applications across iOS, Android, and Web.\n\nBuild automated testing solutions using Dart, flutter_test, integration_test, Patrol, Appium, or similar technologies.\n\nLead the technical transition of existing QA automation activities, documentation, and testing assets.\n\nAudit and refactor legacy automation scripts, eliminating flaky, redundant, or unreliable tests.\n\nDevelop maintainable automated end-to-end, smoke, and regression testing suites.\n\nIntegrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, or similar platforms.\n\nImplement continuous testing processes to identify defects early in the development lifecycle.\n\nCollaborate with developers to improve testability, validate user stories, and establish effective shift-left testing practices.\n\nConfigure and manage testing environments, emulators, simulators, and cloud device testing platforms.\n\nExecute automated tests across multiple devices, operating systems, and browser environments.\n\nDevelop and maintain automated API tests to validate backend integrations and end-to-end workflows.\n\nMonitor testing metrics, including execution times, test coverage, pass rates, and test flakiness.\n\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to automation standards, clean code practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nCollaborate with international engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure testing quality and release readiness.\n\nRequirements:\n5+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance.\n\nAt least 3 years of hands-on experience in automated UI and API testing for mobile and web applications.\n\nStrong experience developing test automation frameworks for Flutter applications.\n\nHands-on programming experience with Dart.\n\nExperience with Flutter testing libraries such as flutter_test, integration_test, Flutter Driver, or similar frameworks.\n\nStrong knowledge of automated end-to-end, functional, smoke, and regression testing.\n\nExperience implementing and maintaining automated tests across iOS, Android, and Web.\n\nExperience configuring automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.\n\nFamiliarity with GitHub Actions, Google Cloud Build, or equivalent CI/CD tools.\n\nExperience working with cloud-based device testing environments such as Firebase Test Lab or similar platforms.\n\nStrong knowledge of REST and GraphQL API testing and automation.\n\nExperience creating mock services and validating backend integrations.\n\nProficiency with Git, code reviews, and collaborative software development workflows.\n\nKnowledge of object-oriented programming and test automation design patterns, including Page Object Model (POM) and BDD.\n\nStrong understanding of clean code principles and maintainable automation architecture.\n\nExperience improving existing automation frameworks, refactoring legacy test suites, or taking ownership of established QA environments.\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent technical communication and collaboration skills.\n\nAvailability to work 100% onsite in Guadalajara, Mexico, five days per week.\n\nNice to have:\nExperience with Patrol, Appium, or other cross-platform mobile automation tools.\n\nFamiliarity with Playwright or Selenium for cross-browser testing of Flutter Web applications.\n\nExperience with BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or other cloud device testing platforms.\n\nKnowledge of mobile application performance testing and optimization.\n\nExperience profiling memory leaks, frame rates, and application performance in Flutter.\n\nExperience building
