collaborating closely with project managers, designers, and creative teams.\nResponsibilities\nLead website development projects end-to-end, including architecture, development, QA, and launch.\nBuild and maintain custom WordPress themes and functionality.\nBuild and maintain custom Shopify themes.\nIntegrate third-party APIs and external services.\nOptimize websites for accessibility, performance, Core Web Vitals, and page speed.\nMaintain and improve existing client websites through bug fixes, updates, and enhancements.\nCollaborate closely with project managers, designers, creative teams, and other stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality delivery.\nRequirements\nAdvanced English proficiency (written and spoken).\n5+ years of professional web development experience.\nStrong experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch.\nSolid experience with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) and ACF-driven architecture.\nStrong knowledge of Tailwind CSS.\nExperience with modern JavaScript.\nFamiliarity with Git, GitHub, pull requests, and branch-based workflows.\nShopify theme development experience is highly desirable.\nNice to Have\nPrevious experience working in a digital agency environment.\nShopify Plus experience.\nHeadless commerce experience.\nWordPress Multisite experience.\nDrupal development experience.\nExperience with WordPress-focused hosting platforms such as WP Engine or Pressable.\nExperience leveraging AI tools to improve development workflows and productivity.\nAbout
