We provide:\nCompetitive compensation and benefits\n\nWork-life flexibility\n\nRecognition and rewards\n\nDevelopment and career opportunities\n\nA safe and inclusive workplace\n\nWhy You Will Love this Job\nThe Role\nManage the hire and return process of Rehlko generator sets for clients.\n\nCarry out planned service and maintenance on generator sets to ensure reliability and performance.\n\nRespond to breakdowns and malfunctions, minimising downtime for customers.\n\nDiagnose and troubleshoot faults on generator control panels, including replacements when required.\n\nPerform Load Banking and mains failure testing on-site, as per client requirements.\n\nStay up to date with training and development to continually enhance technical expertise.\n\nProduce accurate, detailed reports and submit daily updates in line with company standards.\n\nWork closely with the internal service team to coordinate repairs, scheduling, and customer support.\n\nThe Person\nTime-served engineer or NVQ Level 3 qualified in a relevant discipline.\n\nPrevious experience with generators is desirable but not essential.\n\nKnowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including engines and alternators.\n\nWilling to work overtime, including some mid-week, weekend shifts, and occasional overnight stays.\n\nFlexible to take part in an on-call rota when required.\n\nConfident in carrying out risk assessments and working safely on-site.\n\nPrior experience in a mobile engineering role is advantageous.\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with a wide range of customers.\n\nStrong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.\n\nWhat We Can Offer You\nCompetitive hourly rates (depending on experience).\n\nOvertime after 40 hours\n\nOn-call standby allowance.\n\n33 days holiday (including bank holidays).\n\nComprehensive training and ongoing upskilling opportunities.\n\nPrivate healthcare cover.\n\nDeath in Service benefit.\n\nCompany vehicle provided for regional travel.\n\nClear opportunities for long-term career progression.\n\nAccess to our Outstanding Employee Assistance Programme.\n\nAbout Us\nRehlko proudly offers a rich history steeped in creativity and commitment to our associates and communities, along with competitive benefits and compensation.
