We provide:\nCompetitive compensation and benefits\n\nWork-life flexibility\n\nRecognition and rewards\n\nDevelopment and career opportunities\n\nA safe and inclusive workplace\n\nWhy You Will Love this Job\nThe Logistics Support Program Manager (LSPM) serves as the primary interface between Rehlko and the FAA, ensuring all logistics, inventory, warehousing, property management, funding, and lifecycle support requirements are executed in accordance with contract requirements.\nThis Logistics Support Program Manager role is responsible for managing Government property accountability, equipment deployments, inventory control, financial tracking, and Contractor Depot Logistics Support (CDLS) activities while ensuring compliance with applicable FAA regulations and contractual requirements.\nWork mode: Hybrid-2-3 days a week\nWork Location: 200 Twin Oaks Road Kohler WI or 5757 N Green Bay Ave, Glendale WI\nTravel: 10%\nApplicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring new or transfer visa sponsorship now or in the future.\nKey Responsibilitie s\nServe as the primary point of contact for FAA logistics support requirements.\nPlan, manage, and execute Logistics Support activities throughout the program lifecycle.\nOversee inventory management, warehouse operations, equipment shipments, and deployments.\nMaintain Government property accountability, conduct inventory reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.\nTrack task order and delivery order funding, invoicing, and de-obligation activities.\nManage CDLS operations, aftermarket parts support, and obsolescence coordination.\nProvide regular status reporting and briefings to FAA stakeholders.\nConduct and oversee Government property management audits, inventories, and disposition activities.\nEnsure compliance with FAA regulations, FAR requirements, contract terms, and property management standards.\nCoordinate with FAA Contracting Officers (COs), Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), contractors, and suppliers to support program objectives.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field or 4 years of logistics/warehouse experience.\n4+ years of logistics, supply chain, program management, or Government property management experience.\nExperience with inventory control, warehousing, asset accountability, and contract funding management.\nStrong understanding of Government property management and compliance requirements.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP, CSCP, CPL, or NPMA certification.\n5+ years supporting U.S. Government or FAA contracts or FAA or federal agency program support experience.\nExperience conducting Property Management System Audits (PMSAs).\nKnowledge of Government Furnished Property (GFP), Contractor Acquired Property (CAP), and FAR Part 45 requirements.\nThe Salary range for this position is $79,500.00-$100,450.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.About Us\nRehlko proudly offers a rich history steeped in creativity and commitment to our associates and communities, along with competitive benefits and compensation.
