This role applies Lean Manufacturing principles and supports production through hands-on problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.\nSpecific Responsibilities\nImplement and sustain Lean/continuous improvement principles in the department\nParticipate in productivity and cost-reduction efforts to improve process and lower cost\nDevelop safe, ergonomic processes; work with supervision and maintenance to correct unsafe conditions\nAnalyze operations and equipment utilization to maximize quality and output\nSupport production builds, working closely with Production Supervisors, Materials, and Design Engineers to resolve issues\nCoordinate new product introductions - partnering with Design Engineering and the production floor, establishing shop routes, and evaluating capacity needs\nProvide technical support and monitor critical processes\nProvide backup support for department foreman or scheduler as needed\nSupport ISO9001 compliance efforts\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field\nSolid internship or co-op experience\nPreferences\n1+ year of experience as a manufacturing engineer in a production or assembly environment\nExposure to CNC machining or machine shop environments a plus\n* Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.\nThe Salary range for this position is $76,050.00-$96,050.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.About Us\nRehlko proudly offers a rich history steeped in creativity and commitment to our associates and communities, along with competitive benefits and compensation.
