Communicate directly with suppliers to expedite parts, availability, and order status to consistently achieve Customer delivery metrics. This role serves as the lead materials coordination resource for the Home Energy AMPS business and plays a critical role in ensuring industry-leading aftermarket parts availability and customer support.\nThis position will require onsite work at our Hattiesburg, Mississippi location.\nSpecific Responsibilities:\nExecute the decisions from AMPS Team Meetings\nExpedite parts needed to complete customer orders.\nReview stocking levels on parts to handle upcoming promotions, service bulletins and/or safety stock levels.\nCoordinate with AMPS Sales Coordinators to help execute emergency part requests.\n Coordinate stock transfer orders to meet customer order date requirements.\nCreate stock transfer orders to move products between Production (GH and EH) and Warehouse (GPS) facilities.\nFacilitate daily conversation with schedulers to ensure timely delivery of product to end customers and/or warehouse.\nMaintain and analyze the Production order and stock transfer report for all parts and publish results to manufacturing management.\nMaintain database of open stock transfer orders.\nMaintain metric to validate on-time delivery of stock transfer orders.\nPublish results of on-time delivery metric to AMPS\nMaintain Purchasing Reports\nAnalyze open purchase order report and work with vendor on orders that are past due.\nAnalyze blocked purchase order report and help solve issues regarding invoicing and quantity receipts causing the order to be on block status.\nService Parts Shipping/Receiving Coordination\nAssist receiving personnel with overages/shortages on purchase order deliveries.\nAssist shipping/receiving personnel in identifying parts that are not labeled correctly.\nAssist shipping/receiving and/or production personnel with quality issues regarding service parts and identify the root cause of quality issues.\nAssist Manager - Business Development on special projects and initiatives as required.\nRequirements:\nAssociate degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, Management, or a related field preferred.\nEquivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.\nPrevious experience in materials planning, inventory control, purchasing, warehousing, or production scheduling preferred.\nExperience within a manufacturing environment required; experience in a global manufacturing environment preferred.\nSAP experience strongly preferred.\nGenerator industry experience is a plus.\nStrong pick, pack, and ship experience is essential.\nForklift experience is required.\nComfortable working in a highly physical, hands-on warehouse environment.\nAbility to lift up to 35 lbs.\nMust be willing to work overtime as necessary to support business needs.\nOccasional travel to Wisconsin may be required for AMPS team meetings, warehouse support, training, or project implementation activities.\nApplicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future\nThe Hourly range for this position is $18.90-$23.65.The specific Hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.About Us\nRehlko proudly offers a rich history steeped in creativity and commitment to our associates and communities, along with competitive benefits and compensation.
