They will continuously communicate business needs to external and internal vendors and maintain relationships with assigned vendors. There are frequent discussions with external partners on forecast changes, on-time delivery performance, coordinating schedule changes for purchased material that supports manufacturing needs. Cross-functional collaboration, strong accountability, and continuous improvement drive success in meeting key results. Daily activities include supply planning/development, order management, and relationship management.\nThis hybrid role will work from our Sheboygan, WI location, three days per week onsite.\n\nSpecific Responsibilities:\n\n Manage the tactical strategy elements of the procurement function which include the following:\nDevelop and execute order management strategies for respective suppliers and/or commodities. \nContinuously evaluate the performance of supply strategies and adjust to meet the needs of the business. \nWork with master scheduling, production scheduling, SIOP, freight shipping partners, and plant operations to support planned production rates in the near and long term. \nDrive cross-functional meetings, analyze performance data/trends, support special projects, and perform other duties that drive key results.\nReports to Supervisor - Procurement\nOne-on-one relationship with Buyers\nOrganization Relationships: Has frequent contact with personnel in finance, accounts payable, materials, receiving, logistics, master scheduling, SIOP, purchasing, supplier quality and manufacturing operations. \nExternal Business Relationships: Frequent contact with vendors.\nRequirements:\nHigh School Diploma Required\nBachelor's degree in supply chain or APICS Certification preferred.\nProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams\nPrevious purchasing or materials management experience preferred.\nFamiliarity with how MRP systems are used for production planning and inventory control.\nSAP ERP system experience preferred.\nApplicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.\nThe Hourly range for this position is $25.55-$31.95.The specific Hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.About Us\nRehlko proudly offers a rich history steeped in creativity and commitment to our associates and communities, along with competitive benefits and compensation.
