Do you thrive in a fast-paced international environment where reliability, performance, and execution excellence are critical?\nAs a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of complex power generation projects, primarily supporting the fast-growing Data Center and Critical Infrastructure sectors. Acting as the central point of contact for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, you will lead projects from order intake through commissioning and final handover, ensuring delivery excellence across safety, quality, schedule, and profitability objectives.\nThis is a highly visible role requiring strong project leadership, commercial awareness, customer engagement, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.\nYour Responsibilities\nLead the end-to-end execution of complex power generation and critical infrastructure projects, from contract award through final delivery and project close-out.\nTake full accountability for project performance, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with contractual commitments.\nBuild and maintain trusted relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.\nDevelop, maintain, and communicate project schedules, execution plans, resource requirements, and key milestones.\nProactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, opportunities, and scope changes while implementing effective mitigation strategies.\nMonitor and manage project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, profitability, cash flow, and reporting activities.\nCoordinate and lead cross-functional teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.\nSupport commercial activities through project costing, variation management, customer feedback, and lessons learned initiatives.\nIdentify opportunities for project extensions, service agreements, renewals, and future business development.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, quality, cost control, and delivery performance.\nEnsure successful project outcomes across key performance indicators, including safety, quality, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and execution timelines.\n\nProfile\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\nProven experience managing complex industrial, energy, infrastructure, or mission-critical projects.\nExperience within Power Generation, Energy, Critical Infrastructure, Data Centers, or Industrial Projects is highly desirable.\nStrong understanding of project financial management, budgeting, forecasting, profitability tracking, and contract administration.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decision-making across complex organizations.\nExperience coordinating suppliers, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.\nExcellent customer-facing, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.\nStrong problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt priorities and drive results in a dynamic environment.\nFluent in English; additional European languages would be considered an asset.\nAbout Us\nRehlko proudly offers a rich history steeped in creativity and commitment to our associates and communities, along with competitive benefits and compensation.
