We provide:\nCompetitive compensation and benefits\n\nWork-life flexibility\n\nRecognition and rewards\n\nDevelopment and career opportunities\n\nA safe and inclusive workplace\n\nWhy You Will Love this Job\nThe Project Manager will plan, organize and manage allocated projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the client and Clarke Energy.\nSpecific Responsibilities:\nSupport and manage cross-functional project teams for assigned data center power generation projects, including Clarke Energy engineering staff, subcontractors, and site personnel.\n\nConduct routine site walks and leadership meetings to ensure safety compliance and real-time schedule alignment.\n\nManage overall performance and delivery of projects against contractual timelines, scope, and quality standards.\n\nOrganize and facilitate regular internal coordination meetings and one-to-one sessions with key team members to monitor progress, resolve issues, and keep the project on track.\n\nLiaise with data center clients and developers to interpret project goals, resolve issues, and advise leadership on contractual deviations.\n\nNegotiate and agree on project milestones, critical path activities, and commercial terms with client representatives.\n\nSupport the development and maintenance of detailed ongoing construction and commissioning schedules with the Project Controller.\n\nEnsure all projects are executed in strict compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE), and Quality standards.\n\nAssign and manage resources-internal and subcontracted-to maintain project momentum and achieve quality benchmarks.\n\nSource, evaluate, and manage vendor and subcontractor agreements to ensure value, reliability, and compliance with project requirements.\n\nMonitor progress at all stages of construction, mechanical/electrical installation, commissioning, and client handover-taking corrective actions as needed.\n\nMaintain proactive communication with clients, updating on progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring high satisfaction.\n\nProvide regular reporting to the Senior Project Manager and stakeholders, including risk assessments, progress metrics, and issue resolution.\n\nRequirements:\nDegree in Engineering Discipline or a minimum of 7 years Combined Heat & Power Industry Experience.\n\nExperience and understanding of the power generation industry.\n\nA minimum of 2 years' experience of managing large scale projects in an Engineering environment.\n\nGood understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.\n\nGood IT skills - Word, Excel and Microsoft Project.\n\nDesirable\nProject Management qualification\n\nApplicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.\nImportant Notice: This position is primarily remote. However, if you reside within a 50-mile radius of a Rehlko site, you may be required to work onsite at least 2-3 business days per week.\nRehlko hires candidates only in states where we have an established business presence.
