You’ll work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to interpret requirements, build cost-effective solutions, and ensure seamless handovers into project delivery.\nThe Role\nProduce accurate project estimates, bill of materials, and cost build-ups.\nWrite technical and commercial clarifications as part of tender submissions.\nReview existing proposals and highlight key selling points to support the Sales Team.\nInterpret client enquiry documents and develop conceptual designs and formal tender responses to strict deadlines.\nReview M&E specifications and scopes of supply to ensure compliance and clarity.\nProvide ongoing technical clarifications throughout the tender lifecycle.\nSupport the Sales Team with technical input for proposals, consultant reports, and engine selection.\nPrepare and review detailed contract handover files for the Projects Team.\nUpdate internal database systems with communications and feedback.\nObtain compliant quotations from subcontractors and supply chain partners.\nEnsure all work aligns with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 quality accreditations.\nAbout You\nStrong technical understanding of mechanical/electrical systems (power generation experience is a bonus).\nConfidence in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.\nAbility to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.\nCommercial awareness and problem-solving ability.\nA methodical approach with high attention to detail.\nExcellent communicator, both in-person and over digital channels.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex requirements into clear, cost-effective solutions.\nFull UK driving licence required.\nWhat’s In It For You\n£50,000 - £60,000 basic salary depending on experience\nCompany car and fuel card\n25 days annual leave + bank holidays\nPrivate healthcare\nLife assurance (Death in Service)\nLong service recognition\nEmployee perks and discount platform\nExcellent internal support and investment in your success\nClear path for career progression in a thriving sector\nAbout Us\nRehlko proudly offers a rich history steeped in creativity and commitment to our associates and communities, along with competitive benefits and compensation.
