The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet performance and quality expectations. This role bridges technical execution with project coordination, requiring both engineering expertise and strong organizational skills.\nSPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES\nCollaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams to ensure alignment across all phases of the project\nInterface with vendors to ensure technical and delivery expectations are met\nPerform assignments of a complicated nature.\nParticipate in project reviews and continuous improvement efforts\nOperate independently with limited guidance from managers and/or senior engineers.\nSupport or leads multiple projects concurrently\nLeads the technical work of projects and other supplier quality initiatives\nManages all assigned New Product Development (NPD) supplier quality duties\nTrack project progress and prepare status reports, risk assessments, and change management documentation\nIndependently prioritizes and executes tasks with the customer in mind\nDemonstrates and acts on quality traits: analytical, hands-on, high standards, facilitating and systematic\nProficient in Supplier Quality Engineering and problem-solving tools\nAble to identify systemic root causes of quality issues\nAble to perform independent management system/quality audits\nAdvanced level of technical proficiency related to applicable processes\nLeverages Process Lessons learned across multiple processes\nLeads supplier quality engineering best practices\nApplies Advanced Quality Planning concepts, as applicable\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology Program (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or related field)\n4 or more years of relevant work experience in quality / manufacturing engineering\nStrong understanding of engineering principles, project life cycles, and documentation practices\nExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment\nWork Environment\nThis position is expected to be on site 3 or more days per week in the Mosel factory\nTravel up to 50%\nThe Salary range for this position is $89,800.00-$114,100.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.About Us\nRehlko proudly offers a rich history steeped in creativity and commitment to our associates and communities, along with competitive benefits and compensation.
