This role involves working closely with other hardware engineers, software engineers, and product teams to deliver high-functioning electrical solutions for residential and power products.\nThis role follows a hybrid schedule, with 2-3 days per week onsite in Kohler, Wisconsin.\nSpecific Responsibilities:\nLead partts of new product development from concept validation through design for manufacturing of analog, digital, RF and mixed signal electronic circuit designs for residential power systems.\n\nContribute to sustaining efforts for existing product line.\n\nCollaborate with teams to define electrical hardware requirements, specifications and architecture.\n\nDefine and conduct hardware functional, environmental, and lifecycle validation test plans to ensure reliability and performance.\n\nContribute to product safety, EMC, and environmental compliance efforts.\n\nParticipate in electrical hardware reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of product and development processes.\n\nSupport hardware troubleshooting during product development and testing.\n\nDocument electrical system design, architecture, and implementation details.\n\nUse standard electronics laboratory tools including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, DMM to analyze, debug and document proper operation of electronic circuits and systems.\n\nOccasional development of custom electrical equipment for specialized features or functions.\n\nCollaborate in developing electrical hardware development tasks, project timelines and budgets.\n\n· Mentor less experienced team members in electrical engineering design and development.\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Required, Master’s Degree is preferred\n\n6+ years of work experience dependent on educational background\n\nExperience collaborating with or leading technical teams in developing electrical hardware\n\nExperience with circuit capture and pcb design tools such as OrCad\n\nExperience with wireless systems ideally including BLE, Wi-Fi, ISM, and LTE\n\nExperience with electronic circuit board modeling and simulation techniques such as PSpice.\n\nA working knowledge of microcontroller, microprocessor, memory, ADC and communications technologies\n\nHigh level of motivation and ability to collaborate effectively in a team and independently to achieve results\n\nPreference to those who have the following:\nExperience with design for high volume manufacturing and end of line test systems\n\nExperience with compliance for collocated radio designs with regulatory agencies such as FCC/IC, protocol specific certs, PTCRB, and international compliance specifications\n\nExperience working with controls systems used for power systems\n\nStrong communication skills across diverse audiences\n\nExperience contributing to C/C++ software for embedded systems during board bring up and test\n\nApplicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.\nThe Salary range for this position is $98,900.00-$125,600.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.About Us\nRehlko proudly offers a rich history steeped in creativity and commitment to our associates and communities, along with competitive benefits and compensation.
