This role plays a critical part in ensuring materials are delivered accurately and on time to support production schedules and customer commitments.\nThis role leads a team supporting material coordination, and related material functions while driving warehouse functions, operational discipline, and inventory management. ThisWarehouse Material Flow Manager will oversee key warehouse functions including receiving, dock-to-stock, put-away, replenishment, staging, cart picking, lineside materials, running parts, and inventory location management.\nThis role will working closely with the Logistics Operations and Inventory Control leadership, the Warehouse Material Flow Manager will leverage SAP/ERP and WMS systems, inventory data, and process analysis to maintain inventory accuracy, optimize material flow, improve warehouse layouts and processes, and identify opportunities to reduce waste and increase operational efficiency.\nWork mode: onsite Monday-Friday\nLocation: N7650 County Rd LS, Sheboygan, WI, 53083\nRelocation options available\nApplicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring new or transfer visa sponsorship now or in the future.\nResponsibilities:\nLead and develop a team of material supervisors and material handlers\nDevelop and oversee material flow strategies across the warehouse and production value streams.\nUtilize ERP, WMS, and inventory management systems to monitor material movement.\nEnsure uninterrupted material availability for production and customer fulfillment.\nOwn dock-to-stock SLA and ensure timely put away, replenishment, and staging requirements.Partner with the Logistics Operations Manager.\n\nMaintain WM min/max levels.Partner with Inventory Control Manager.\n\nOptimize warehouse layouts, material handling processes and inventory locations.\nMonitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities.\nOwn and maintain warehousing functions such as cart picking, lineside materials, put away, trucking, parts running.\nIdentify opportunities to improve material flow and reduce waste.\nEnsure compliance with OSHA, company policies, and audit requirements.\nRequirements:\n 3-5+ years in receiving/warehouse/material coordination\n3-5+ years of people management experience required in a union environment preferred\nStrong ERP/WMS transaction experience (SAP preferred)\nKnowledge of OSHA standards, 5S, and safe equipment operation\nProficiency in Excel and ability to analyze inventory discrepancies errors\nAbility to stand walk, and move thought out the facility for extended period of time \nAbility to lift up to 50LBS occasionally\n Use of PPE when required\nThe Salary range for this position is $89,800.00-$114,100.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.About Us\nRehlko proudly offers a rich history steeped in creativity and commitment to our associates and communities, along with competitive benefits and compensation.
