arrange targeted external validation for complex or critical\ncalculations. \nCollaborate closely with the Productivity Lead as a distinct role.\nAssess construction equipment, prefabrication and alternative methods to improve safety, buildability, programme and cost.\nStandardise technical documentation and promote continuous improvement in construction methods and equipment utilisation. \n\nProvide technical support during tendering, project mobilisation and site execution.\n\nREQUIREMENTS:-Degree\n in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related technical field.\nMinimum 3–5 years in building\n construction with structural works exposure, reinforced concrete, formwork,\n falsework, shoring and logistics.\n\nTraining in temporary works, formwork, planning, BIM or construction methods is an advantage.\n\nExperience in\nmethods, sequencing or temporary works calculations is an advantage. \nStrong knowledge of reinforced concrete construction and temporary works.\nKnowledge of site logistics, tower cranes and construction equipment.\nProficiency in AutoCAD;
