We deliver high-performance equipment, expert technical support, and innovative, sustainable solutions that raise the bar in the rental industry.\nWhy Join Us\nCompetitive pay with overtime opportunities \nFull benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO \nOngoing technical training and career development \nEmployee referral bonuses \nWork with industry-leading equipment in a customer-focused, growing company \nBe part of a team that values safety, integrity, and getting the job done right \nWhat You'll Do\n In-shop and in-field work supporting equipment maintenance and repairs \nInstall, service, and repair a wide range of rental equipment, including gas and diesel-powered machinery, heating and cooling systems (HVAC), and light towers \nTravel locally to customer sites to troubleshoot and resolve issues across oilfield, construction, and industrial environments \nConduct preventative maintenance and repairs in both shop and field settings \nRead and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and mechanical drawings \nMaintain detailed and accurate service records using mobile and digital tools \nDeliver professional, courteous customer support, including training operators on proper equipment use and care \nCollaborate with peers and escalate complex technical issues when necessary \nAlways uphold the highest safety standards on-site and in the field \nSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, travel throughout Gallatin County with rare overnight travel required.\nRequirements\nWhat You'll Bring\n3+ years of experience as a field technician in oilfield, construction, or heavy industrial settings \nYour own set of tools \nProven ability to troubleshoot and repair gas, diesel, HVAC, hydraulic, and lighting systems \nStrong mechanical and electrical aptitude with hands-on experience across a diverse rental fleet \nComfortable working in harsh weather and physically demanding environments \nAbility to read technical documentation, schematics, and apply diagnostic tools \nExcellent communication and customer service skills-you can clearly explain technical issues and build trust with customers \nCDL license is a plus \nClean driving record (MVR will be reviewed) \nMust be 21+ years of age \nVeterans encouraged to apply!\nJoin REIC Rentals - Where Expertise Meets Opportunity We're not just renting equipment-we're building long-term partnerships with our customers.
