With 55+ locations across North America, we provide high-performance equipment and expert support to meet the most demanding challenges.\nOur goal is to set new industry standards, ensuring our customers always have the best tools, expertise, and service-wherever and whenever they need it.\nWhat You'll Do\nOrder, receive, inspect, store, and issue parts for rental equipment and accessories.\nMaintain accurate, timely inventory records using company systems and required documentation.\nSource parts from local suppliers and approved vendors while controlling costs.\nMonitor inventory levels, establish appropriate stock levels for common parts, and replenish stock to prevent shortages.\nAdd and manage part numbers for locally unique equipment.\nCoordinate parts deliveries and support local operations through multiple delivery methods.\nConduct spot checks and monthly physical inventory counts.\nKeep the parts room and stock areas clean, safe, and organized.\nCollaborate with the national Parts Coordinator and team members across the organization.\nDeliver exceptional service and support to internal customers.\nSafely operate a forklift after completing required training and certification.\nFollow and promote all applicable safety practices and regulations.\nRequirements\nWhat We're Looking For\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n2 years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nTechnical customer-service experience preferred; 2+ years is a plus.\nStrong organization, communication, listening, and customer-service skills.\nAbility to prioritize, use sound judgment, and manage multiple tasks at once.\nGeneral understanding of mechanical or technical tools, language, and specifications.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, inventory software, and order-processing systems.\nAbility to read technical procedures, write professional correspondence, and solve practical problems.\nRequirements\nValid driver's license in your state of residence, maintained throughout employment, with no more than two minor moving violations and/or two points.\nAbility to obtain and maintain forklift operator certification within six months of hire.\nAbility to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to work around variable temperatures and weather, periodic high noise levels, dust, odors, electrical hazards, ladders, and stairs.\nWhy Choose REIC Rentals\nCompetitive pay + overtime opportunities \nHealth, Dental, and Vision insurance for employees and families\n 401(k) with company match after 90 days\nGenerous PTO + paid holidays \nCareer growth and training opportunities\nBackground & Drug Screen Disclaimer: REIC and all affiliates operate as drug-free environments, which includes marijuana.
