Our commitment to high-performance equipment, expert technical support, and innovative solutions helps our customers operate safely, efficiently, and successfully.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a Sales Manager, you'll lead and support our Outside and Inside Sales teams while working closely with branch leadership and the Vice President - Business Unit. You'll help drive revenue growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and ensure our sales teams have the tools and support they need to succeed. You will:\nLead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team. \nSupport sales representatives through customer visits, joint sales calls, and account development. \nBuild and strengthen long-term relationships with new and existing customers. \nDevelop markets, identify growth opportunities, and stay informed on industry trends and competitive activity. \nManage and develop key regional customer accounts. \nRecruit, hire, train, and mentor Outside and Inside Sales Representatives. \nConduct sales meetings and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback. \nPromote effective use of CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales processes. \nPartner with customers to understand their current and future equipment rental needs. \nLead customer negotiations and assist with major account opportunities. \nCollaborate with branch teams to improve customer service, equipment utilization, and overall business performance. \nSupport operational initiatives including branch visits, audits, staffing support, and customer issue resolution. \nWork closely with leadership to develop and execute strategic sales plans. \nRequirements\nWhat You Bring\n5+ years of successful sales, business development, sales management, or operational leadership experience. \nProven ability to lead, motivate, and develop successful teams. \nStrong customer relationship management and negotiation skills. \nExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. \nExperience within equipment rental, construction, industrial, transportation preferred. \nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce \nStrategic mindset with a focus on growth and customer success. \nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and industry experience. \nAbility to travel up to 60% throughout SLC, Eastern Idaho, Western Wyoming and HQ in Denver. \nVeterans encouraged to apply!\nWhy You'll Love REIC Rentals At REIC Rentals, our people make the difference.
