As the Senior Solution Systems Analyst / Solution Systems Analyst, Digital Technology, you will translate business requirements into scalable system solutions, acting as a liaison between Technology and business partners while supporting requirements definition, solution design, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization of digital systems and platforms. And, with the skills you gain in this role, the opportunities are endless - from a rewarding career in Solution Delivery to continued growth and development with Aritzia.\nTHE ROLE\nAs the Senior Solution Systems Analyst /Solution Systems Analyst, Digital Technology, you will:\nDiscover and evaluate technology opportunities that address business needs.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable solution designs and technical specifications.\nConfigure, integrate, and validate technology solutions across systems and platforms.\nExecute testing activities to ensure solution quality, performance, and readiness.\nCoordinate releases and support the successful deployment of technology solutions.\nMonitor solution performance and resolve issues to maintain operational stability.\nDrive continuous improvement through process optimization and automation opportunities.\nPartner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver business value.\nTHE QUALIFICATIONS\nThe Senior Solution Systems Analyst/ Solution Systems Analyst, Digital Technology, has:\nProven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:Background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Business Technology, or a related field.\nGathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions. \nConfiguring, testing, implementing, and supporting enterprise technology solutions. \nWorking with system integrations, data flows, APIs, and interconnected applications. \nCreating solution documentation, process flows, user stories, and test artifacts. \nKnowledge of software delivery methodologies and solution lifecycle management practices. \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. \nThe ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. \n\nA commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and delivering business value. \nStrong business acumen and an understanding of how technology enables business performance. \nA commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles. \nAn understanding and passion for the industry in which we operate.\nTHE COMPENSATION\nAt Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.\nThe range for roles at this level is $100,000-$300,000 per year.
