Reingold offers you opportunities to tailor the internship experience to your interests and strengths - all while working on causes that really matter.\nInternships are full-time and in person (40 hours) during the standard workweek and pay an hourly rate of $20. The internship class begins on Thursday, June 4, and runs through Friday, November 20, 2026. Core hours during the internship are 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern time. This internship requires five in-office days (Monday - Friday) at our office in Alexandria, Virginia.\nResponsibilities may include, but are not limited to:\n Support team of Proposal Specialists by coordinating the full life cycle of proposal development: from a go/no-go decision through outlining, gathering and writing content, and submission.\n Manage our internal proposal tracker with key information such as proposal values, wins/losses, and evaluator feedback.\n Support the development of libraries of the latest versions of approved proposal language, past performance summaries, and staff resumes.\nScour solicitations for requirements (deadlines, page limits, formats, attachments, notarizations, delivery specs).\nSupport development of discrete proposal sections, including write ups of past performance and experience, staff resumes, and preparation of compliance documentation.\nSupport editing, proofreading, and formatting of proposal documents.\nCoordinate and capture notes from business development meetings.\nTrack team schedules to ensure adequate coverage of all proposal elements.\nThis role is a good fit for someone with the following qualifications and skills:\nKeen attention to detail.\nPositive attitude and willingness to learn\nStrong oral and written communication skills.\n Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.\nA Reingold intern must:\nPossess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or communications.\nCommunicate clearly and confidently, both orally and in writing.\nBuild and follow timelines and meet tight deadlines. \nPossess a collaborative, team-player attitude.\nBe eager to learn by doing and taking initiative.\nBe able to receive and incorporate peer feedback.\n Reingold is dedicated to providing equal opportunity for individuals of all abilities.
