You will work on an internal product, helping translate business needs into effective solutions and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nOwn business analysis for the product end-to-end as the single analyst in a Scrum team.\n\nWork closely with stakeholders across production, test engineering, quality, and operations management to gather requirements and align priorities.\n\nAnalyze and model AS-IS and TO-BE business processes.\n\nDefine scope for new capabilities and break it down into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.\n\nDefine and maintain business rules governing data collection, processing, and presentation.\n\nDefine user roles, permissions, and access management requirements.\n\nDefine traceability requirements for manufactured products and production data.\n\nGather and document integration requirements for ERP and other internal systems, including data flows, mappings, and master data ownership.\n\nDefine requirements for dashboards, analytics, and operational reporting.\n\nFacilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning together with the development team and Project Manager.\n\nValidate delivered functionality and ensure requirements traceability.\n\nMaintain backlog, documentation, and requirements in Azure DevOps.\nRequirements:\n\n3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with business systems, operational systems, or data-intensive products.\n\nExperience acting as the primary or sole Business Analyst on a product or project.\n\nStrong requirements elicitation and specification skills, including user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and non-functional requirements.\n\nExperience modeling business processes using BPMN and documenting solutions using appropriate UML diagrams.\n\nUnderstanding of data modeling concepts, including ERDs, data flows, and integration mapping.\n\nExperience defining roles, permissions, and access control models.\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across business, engineering, and leadership teams.\n\nHands-on experience with Scrum processes, backlog management, and requirements traceability.\n\nExperience working with Azure DevOps or similar backlog management tools.\n\nStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\nUpper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English level.\nNice to have:\n\nExperience with manufacturing, quality, or operations systems (MES, QMS, ERP production modules).\n\nExperience with products that collect and process large volumes of data.\n\nFamiliarity with hardware manufacturing environments and production processes.\n\nExperience defining requirements for reporting, analytics, and quality-related KPIs.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Business Central or Dynamics 365.\n\nHands-on experience with AI-powered tools and AI agents (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor).\nThe
