This role keeps people working, systems documented, and IT operations efficient by covering the essential first-line tasks that allow the rest of the IT team to focus on scalability, automation, and infrastructure stability. \n\nMain requirements: \n\n- Experience working with Windows 11 and macOS (installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting). \n\n- Understanding of Active Directory principles: user account creation/deactivation, security groups, access policies. \n\n- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Azure AD. \n\n- Experience with VPN clients. \n\n- Knowledge of configuring and maintaining network printers, drivers, and print queues. \n\n- Ability to install and maintain user hardware (laptops, monitors, docking stations, peripherals). \n\n- Basic diagnostic skills for hardware and software issues. \n\n- Understanding of asset management processes: inventory, asset tracking, database maintenance. \n\n- Basic understanding of networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN). \n\n - Strong customer service and communication skills;
