Aufgaben

- Unterstützung bei der Konzeption, Organisation und Durchführung von Firmen- und Incentive-Reisen (ggf. auch Projektassistenz vor Ort)
- Kalkulations- und Angebotserstellung
- Ausarbeitung von angebotsbezogenen Präsentationen
- Angebotsrelevante Grafik- und Bildbearbeitung
- Administrative Arbeiten und Marketing
Qualifikation
DAS WÜNSCHEN WIR UNS VON DIR
- Hoch- oder Fachhochschulstudium (laufend oder abgeschlossen)
- Besonderes Interesse für den Incentivereise- und Eventbereich
- Sicherer Umgang mit den üblichen Office-Anwendungen (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sympathisches Auftreten, Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
