Working closely with colleagues across IT and the wider business, you’ll monitor daily processes, investigate issues, maintain accurate documentation and help ensure our systems and data flows remain reliable and effective.\nWith a focus on proactive and reactive application support, you’ll take ownership of incidents through to resolution, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, and contribute to small changes that improve efficiency and productivity.\nThis role requires flexibility to work in a varied shift pattern, with earlier starts, later finishes, and weekend work as agreed by a rota within the team.\nWho you are\nStrong, current experience supporting retail IT business systems, with a good understanding of the needs of a highly integrated, multi-channel retail environment.\nPractical experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Query and Power Automate, alongside proven experience developing, maintaining and supporting automated business workflows and processes.\nConfidence working with datasets of different sizes, including data handling, manipulation and correction.\nA strong understanding of workflow automation, system integrations and process improvement, with the ability to support and monitor API integrations, plus experience working with SaaS solutions, user access and data pipelines.
