What’s the role about?
As part of our Retail team, you’ll be joining our Bicester Village Store as a Stockroom Supervisor. You’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the store by ensuring the back of house operations and always running to a high standard.
Who you are
- You’ll have previous experience of supervising a team
- A passion for premium or luxury product
- Previous experience in a customer-facing environment
- A track record of delivery in a stock management role
- Ability to guide, train and coach others
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have excellent organisational and decision-making skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Be a team player
Whatyou’ll be doing
- Effectively manage a team to ensure that stock deliveries are processed, and products arrive in excellent condition to the shop floor
- Manage the timely replenishment of stock and team productivity
- Ensure back of house standards are maintained
- Supporting the Reiss online business through efficient management of the fulfil from store and return to store process
- Support the management of the shop floor from time to time
- Assist the team with floor moves, promotions and product launches
- Be a key holder for the store
