  • Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, briefing materials, executive communications, and meeting materials.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings by preparing agendas, capturing key decisions and action items, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Manage departmental budgets, process invoices, reconcile expenses, and partner with Finance on budget tracking.
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential records, files, and documentation.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization and serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes, simplify workflows, and enhance the effectiveness of the People & Corporate Affairs team.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably within an Executive Leadership Team environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fully bilingual in English and French, with the ability to support leaders and collaborate with teams across Canada.
