RCL is looking for a Manager, Strategic Sourcing to lead end-to-end sourcing for a portfolio of non-merchandise goods and services. You'll partner with teams across the business, from IT and Marketing to Facilities and Supply Chain, to build sourcing strategies, negotiate strong agreements and manage supplier risk, acting as a trusted commercial advisor every step of the way.\nWhat you'll do\nDevelop and execute category and sourcing strategies that deliver short- and long-term business value\nLead end-to-end sourcing initiatives: RFXs, competitive bids, supplier evaluations, negotiations and business reviews\nLead supplier negotiations and, with Legal, develop and review commercial agreements covering risk allocation, cost, service expectations and supplier accountability\nProvide market, supplier and commercial insights that shape business decisions and business cases\nManage supplier relationships, performance and contract compliance for critical suppliers\nPartner with Finance on forecasting, budgeting and cost management\nMaintain your sourcing pipeline, track results and report on realized savings and value\nIntegrate ESG considerations into sourcing strategies and supplier decisions\nCoach stakeholders on procurement best practices and help evolve our sourcing tools and processes\n What you bring:\n3-5 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management or a related commercial field, ideally in a large, complex organization\nA proven track record leading end-to-end sourcing for indirect spend categories\nStrong skills in competitive sourcing, supplier evaluation, commercial negotiation and contract development\nThe ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple projects and priorities\nA university or college degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering or a related field\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to influence and build trust without formal authority\nStrong business acumen, with an understanding of cost drivers and supplier economics\nA highly analytical, organized and detail-oriented approach, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution\nComfort in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, juggling priorities and navigating ambiguity\n What Sets Us Apart:\nUltimate Flexibility*: Enjoy a hybrid work environment that ensures the perfect balance between work and personal life.\nWell-Being First: Access a comprehensive benefits program designed to take care of you.\nFlexible Time Off*: Paid leave, sick days, and vacation time to recharge and spend quality time with loved ones.\nExclusive Discounts*: Enjoy 50% off regular-priced items from PENN.
