This could be a great opportunity for you!\nWe’re looking for two Merchandising Coordinators to join the Accessories category at Reitmans.\nReporting to the Director of Merchandising, you’ll play an important role in supporting the team’s day-to-day activities, with a focus on purchase orders, sample coordination, and administrative support.\nWhat You'll Do\nCreate and track purchase orders, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.\nOrganize and coordinate product samples.\nPrepare meeting rooms, samples, and materials for buying meetings and product presentations.\nEnter and update budget information.\nProvide day-to-day administrative support to the buying team.\nWork closely with internal teams to keep information organized and flowing smoothly.\n What We're Looking For\nA DEC, certificate, or university degree in Administration or a related field.\nPrevious administrative or office experience is an asset, but not required.\nGood knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.\nA positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn.\nAbility to communicate in both French and English to work with partners and vendors outside Quebec.\nJust starting your career?
