Here, you’ll have a voice, be challenged to grow and be part of a team driven by curiosity, bold thinking and ownership.\nCome raise the bar of Canadian fashion with us.\n Position Summary\nReporting to the Director, Transformation Management Office (TMO), the Project Manager will lead high-impact strategic initiatives that drive business transformation, operational excellence, and technology advancement across the organization.\nIn this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of projects from concept through implementation, partnering closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external stakeholders to deliver measurable business value. You will play a key role in translating strategy into action, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities.\nAs a trusted partner and change agent, you will bring structure, leadership, and collaboration to complex initiatives while helping to advance project management best practices and support the successful execution of the company's strategic roadmap.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage strategic projects from initiation through completion, including transformation initiatives, process improvement projects, and technology-enabled programs.\nDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in partnership with business and IT stakeholders.\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource requirements, risks, and dependencies.\nLead project execution by ensuring effective coordination between internal teams and external partners.\nProactively identify and manage risks, issues, and change requests to ensure successful project delivery.\nEnsure alignment with TMO governance frameworks, including prioritization processes, portfolio management, and reporting requirements.\nPrepare and present clear, concise project status updates to leadership teams and governance committees \nContribute to the continuous improvement of TMO project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.\nBuild and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to foster engagement, alignment, and project success.\n Qualifications\nUniversity degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\nMinimum of 7 years of project management experience, including organizational transformation initiatives.\nStrong understanding of benefits realization tracking and business case development.\nSolid understanding of business operations and the relationship between technology and operational functions.\nDemonstrated experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.\nAbility to thrive in a matrix environment with competing priorities.\nProficiency with project and portfolio management tools such as Amplify, Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent platforms.\nPMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French to communicate across Canada. \n What Sets Us Apart:\nUltimate Flexibility*: Enjoy a hybrid work environment that ensures the perfect balance between work and personal life.\nWell-Being First: Access a comprehensive benefits program designed to take care of you.\nFlexible Time Off*: Paid leave, sick days, and vacation time to recharge and spend quality time with loved ones.\nExclusive Discounts*: Enjoy 50% off regular-priced items from PENN.
