In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of monitoring, managing and ensuring the operational efficiency of network infrastructure, delivering robust support to our clients.\nKey Responsibilities\nProactively monitor network performance, ensuring optimal service availability and response times\nIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents and alerts in a timely manner\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions for long-term network issues and improvements\nConduct routine maintenance and upgrades on networking equipment and systems\nMaintain comprehensive documentation related to network diagrams, incident reports and standard operating procedures\nProvide technical support and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement\nKey requirements\nA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field - preferred, or equivalent professional experience\nDemonstrated experience as a Network Engineer, minimum of 2 years - essential\nProven experience in network engineering or operations within a high-availability environment\nStrong knowledge of networking protocols, security measures and monitoring tools\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\nEffective communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-centric approach\nWhy join us?\nAt Reivernet, we believe in empowering our employees through professional development and advancement opportunities.
