You'll work closely with our clients to understand their business, decide what's worth building, and work with the team to deliver it.\nYou'll own the roadmap for your area and work day to day with delivery teams. We're looking for someone with solid product experience who is happy to grow with our team.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nOwn the roadmap and backlog for your product area, and decide what the team works on next.\n\nGet to know our clients and their businesses, and keep an eye on the market and competitors.\n\nIdentify which problems are worth solving, and test ideas with data and client feedback before the team invests in them.\n\nWork with delivery teams to shape solutions and deliver them in small, valuable steps.\n\nSet clear goals for what you deliver, and check whether it works for clients and for the business.\n\nKeep clients and internal stakeholders aligned: explain priorities, manage expectations, and raise risks early.\n\nREQUIREMENTS\n3+ years of experience in product management or product ownership.\n\nExperience in B2B software or financial services (lending or funding) is a strong advantage.\n\nExperience making prioritization decisions, including when information is incomplete or unclear, and explaining the reasoning behind them.\n\nAbility to get people on board with your decisions without formal authority.\n\nExperience talking to customers and turning what you learn into product decisions.\n\nUnderstanding of how regulation and data privacy affect product work in financial services.\n\nExcellent written and spoken English, and confidence working with clients, including senior stakeholders.\n\nExperience working in Agile teams.\n\nOpen to feedback and willing to adapt to how our team works.\n\nWHAT WE OFFER\nSalary range from €3500 (GROSS) / month
