You’ll drive the transition from commercial agreement to project delivery, establish PMO processes, and coordinate planning, governance, reporting, RAID and change management across business and technical teams.\nThis is an opportunity to bring structure, improve delivery practices and help shape the project management approach as Creditonline continues to grow.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nPreparation of a project management plan and a detailed work schedule for project implementation.\n\nAssignment of tasks to the members of the Team, coordination of daily processes.\n\nMonitoring the progress of the Team and the implementation of the Project.\n\nManaging risks and issues raised by the Project Team.\n\nManaging the use of the budget allocated to the Project implementation, and ensuring that project deadlines are met.\n\nOptimal use of human resources and skills for the implementation of the tasks, and ensurance of the quality of the tasks assigned to the Project Team.\n\nTaking responsibility for the overall success of the Project.\n\nPreparing and presenting reports on the implementation of the Project.\n\nCarrying out any other tasks required to achieve the Project's objective.\n\nREQUIREMENTS\nProject management experience across a number of different technologies, demonstrating detailed knowledge of processes and people management.\n\nDemonstrated experience in project management and related project processes, project methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, Lead/Six Sigma), project governance and stakeholder management.\n\nTechnical qualifications in a Project Management discipline (e.g., PMBOK, PMI CAPM/PMP or PRINCE2, Agile) desirable.\n\nFundamental knowledge of the ITIL framework and/or service management approaches.\n\nEffectively demonstrates leadership, teamwork, problem solving, initiative and integrity.\n\nProven ability to effectively engage with business stakeholders to clarify their business requirements and manage competing priorities.\n\nDemonstrate the ability to balance priorities among competing needs whilst providing the highest level of value.\n\nStrong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.\n\nExcellent interpersonal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence and drive other team members, and to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.\n\nWHAT WE OFFER\nSalary range from
