You will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to build reliable, mission-critical autonomous platforms capable of operating in demanding marine environments.\n\nResponsibilities: \nLead the complete embedded and electrical engineering function, including firmware, electronics, power systems, and hardware architecture.\nDesign electrical system architecture for autonomous marine platforms, from board-level electronics to complete vessel wiring.\nDevelop multi-layer PCB designs, schematics, wiring diagrams, and hardware documentation.\nDesign and develop power electronics, including DC-DC converters, power supplies, electrical isolation, and protection circuits while ensuring EMI/EMC compliance.\nDevelop and maintain embedded firmware for microcontroller-based systems with reliable real-time performance.\nIntegrate sensors, actuators, communication modules, battery systems, navigation systems, and propulsion components.\nCollaborate with mechanical, robotics, and software engineering teams during system integration and platform bring-up.\nLead hardware debugging, board validation, and firmware troubleshooting.\nDesign efficient power management systems for long-endurance autonomous operations.\nPlan and execute hardware qualification, environmental, EMI/EMC, and compliance testing.\nMaintain comprehensive engineering documentation, including schematics, PCB revisions, wiring diagrams, test reports, and design records.\nEstablish engineering standards, development processes, code reviews, and testing methodologies.\nSupport pool, harbor, and sea trials by diagnosing and resolving embedded hardware and electrical issues.\nMentor embedded engineers and promote engineering best practices across the team.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's or master's degree in electronics, electrical engineering, embedded systems, or a related discipline.\n8-10 years of hands-on experience in embedded systems development.\nStrong expertise in embedded firmware development for microcontroller-based systems.\nExperience in schematic capture, PCB design, board bring-up, and hardware debugging.\nStrong understanding of power electronics and electrical system design.\nExperience working with communication protocols including UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, and RS-232/RS-485\nStrong knowledge of sensor and actuator integration.\nUnderstanding of device drivers and embedded software interfaces.\nExcellent debugging and troubleshooting skills across hardware and firmware.\nSkills\ncan, embedded, firmware,
