consistency across different formats and platforms.\n\nCollaborate with team members, incorporate feedback, and manage multiple projects within deadlines.\n\nExplore emerging creative technologies and new approaches to visual storytelling.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nA completed bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or a relevant design diploma with 3-5 years of experience.\n\n1-3 years of relevant experience for bachelor's degree holders.\n\nStrong practical skills in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing.\n\nHands-on experience with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or equivalent tools.\n\nWorking knowledge of Canva and Figma.\n\nA strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating your creative abilities and execution skills.\n\nGood visual judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to turn ideas into clear, engaging content.\n\nA proactive mindset, willingness to experiment, and the ability to work independently.\n\nGood to Have\nFamiliarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, Sora, Veo, or similar platforms.\n\nExposure to 3D design and animation tools such as Blender, Spline, or Cinema 4D.\n\nKnowledge of Lottie animations, lightweight web animations, or Webflow.\n\nAn interest in storytelling and creating content that captures audience
