Position assists in the implementation of departmental strategies. The position has responsibility for assisting in the execution of all property events with a seamless turnover from sales to operations and back to sales where appropriate.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\nAssisting in Managing Meetings and Special Events Operations and Budgets\nAssists in the execution of an event management strategy that is aligned with the company’s business strategy and leads its execution.\nConducts daily walk-throughs of the banquet floor to help ensure client satisfaction and quality standards.\nManaging Profitability\nResponsible for executing group event BEO's, Resumes, Runs and conducting weekly BEO Meetings\nCreates an atmosphere in all event management operations areas that meets or exceeds guest expectations.\nSets a positive example for guest relations.\nInteracts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.\nResponds to and handles guest problems and complaints.\nEmpowers employees to provide excellent customer service.\nEnsures employees understand expectations and parameters.\nStrives to improve service performance.\nEmphasizes guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement.\nCoverage of Town Meeting operation based on assigned schedule\nConducts pre-shift with service team to ensure the success of the events and restaurant operation.\nEnsuring Exceptional Customer Service\n To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
